The Mission of Heritage Capital Resources is to link private capital with profitable enterprises which simultaneously benefits investors and the public sector.
Heritage is a recently formed company, tracing its heritage back into 2008 when its principals, witnessing the devastation taking place in the residential real estate market, came together with the intention of bringing responsible, creative solutions to the real estate/mortgage meltdown.
The company is comprised of a staff of real estate professionals that have dealt with non-performing and sub-performing assets since 1989. Previous clients include: the RTC, Fannie, Freddie, GMAC, Banco Popular, and Wells Fargo to name a few.
Heritage’s Joint Venture with National Real Estate Venture and alliance with Partners in Action have positioned it to assist Government Sponsored Entities, banks, other institutions and investors in responsibly re-introducing toxic assets into the market.
